• When will I receive my order?

Order processing and preparation takes about 48 business hours; afterwards, product delivery and (free) shipping take our team 6 to 14 business days.

The tracking code is available the day after the order is placed, sent to the email used when ordering.

Please use it to track your parcel.

We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing exceptional service quality (product inspection before packaging, etc...).

Standard delivery is free for orders over €40.

If the delay seems too long, contact us, we will be happy to reassure you about the progress of your order.

• I don’t live in France, do you ship internationally?

We ship our products worldwide, although of course it may take a little longer than shipping to France.

Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes about 9 to 14 business days.

Destinations outside the EU may incur charges.

• I would like to return items, what is the procedure?

Our items undergo very strict quality checks before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here همراه with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns are free in the event of a confirmed product defect (broken, torn, etc.).
A so-called "comfort" return (for example, trousers that were bought too small, or an item you do not like) is at your expense. The procedure will be sent to you by email*.
