Refund policy

1. Legal right of withdrawal

In accordance with European law, you have a 14-day period from the date marked "Delivered" by tracking to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

2. Return conditions

For your return to be accepted, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn, unused, undamaged,
  • Accompanied by all its tags and in the original packaging,
  • Presented with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Any item returned without prior approved request will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

3. Return procedure

Before sending anything back, you must mandatory:

  • Contact us via our contact form,
  • Clearly indicate the reason for the return (product defect, change of mind, etc.).

If the return is accepted:

Any return shipped without following this procedure will be considered lost.

4. Fees and deductions

In the event of a return for change of mind (item as described):

  • A store credit (discount code valid in our store) will be offered by default,
  • If you request a refund, restocking and repackaging fees of R39 ZAR will be deducted from your refund,
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded.

5. Damage and issues

You have 3 days after receipt to report to us:

  • A damaged item,
  • A defect,
  • An order error.

Without a claim within this period, the order will be considered accepted.

6. Exceptions / Non-returnable products

In accordance with applicable law, no returns will be accepted for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (special orders, engravings, specific sizes),
  • Sanitary items (piercings, earrings),
  • Gift cards.

7. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued through your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Bank posting times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Order cancellations

Any cancellation within 12 hours of the order is possible, subject to:

  • Cancellation fees of 3% of the total amount, with a minimum of R39 ZAR.

If our team had to intervene manually on your order (for example, address or name correction), additional fees may apply for cancellation, or the cancellation may be refused.

9. Liability after receipt

Our responsibility for delivered products is limited to conformity and the absence of visible defects at the time of delivery.

Any deterioration, breakage, or damage occurring after 7 days following delivery is deemed stemming from customer use and cannot be held against us.

After this 7-day period, no request for a refund, replacement, or repair will be accepted, even in the event of accidental damage (e.g. drop, pull, child damage, mishandling).

This policy is intended to protect the fairness of the service and ensure that only initial manufacturing defects are taken into account.

10. Changes and cancellations

You have a 12-hour period after placing your order to request a modification, including the shipping address. Please carefully check your information when ordering.

Any order may be cancelled within 12 hours after confirmation. After this period, your order will be processing and can no longer be cancelled. Contact us quickly if you are still within the time limit.

In the event of cancellation, a fee of 3% of the total amount (shipping included) will apply to cover our transaction costs, with a minimum of R39 ZAR.
